Countdown - room-wide timer from chat (!timer 5m)

Description

A countdown timer the whole room can see, for game nights, events, bingo breaks and contests. Drop it on any object in your scene. Then type in nearby chat: !timer 5m !timer 90s !timer 2m30s !timer 5 (= 5 minutes) !timer stop. Everyone gets announcements at the start, every remaining minute, at 30 and 10 seconds, and "time's up!". Only the scene owner can start it by default; add other handles (comma separated) in the Allowed property to share control. Set the Label property to name it (e.g. "Round 1"). Made by nebulae.
